Have your Planning Team email us directly, or complete our inquiry form so we can connect! Then we'll create a custom designed, highly detailed floral proposal including imagery that showcases your vision and a pricing breakdown for everything included in your quote based on your initial quantities and personalized details.
Inquire
After you and your Planning Team review your proposal, we'll make any necessary edits and provide design suggestions to ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision and your budget, then we'll send you the revised second draft to review.
When you're ready to make it official, and we'll send over the contract for you to submit the 50% deposit to secure your date and book Reverie Floristry as your wedding floral design team!
Booking
We'll work closely with you and/or your Planning Team to perfect all the details and provide design expertise and guidance every step of the way. One month before your wedding, we'll confirm the final changes and quantities and send the updated floral proposal and contract so you can submit the final payment.
Finalize
Our team of designers go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect the day of your wedding or event. This includes safely transporting everything floral related to your venue, designing all installations by hand, touching up each and every arrangement, placing and lighting every candle, repurposing any items from ceremony to reception, etc. A typical installation takes a minimum of 5 hours, then our team will return after the wedding to retrieve and clean up all floral items efficiently and timely.

Heather and her team truly brought our bride's vision to life! As we progressed through the planning process, we decided to move away from a traditional arch concept and Heather helped us redesign a beautiful and unique new ceremony site. We were hit with very wet and windy weather on the big day, and as we moved to rain plan C, she was able to pivot with us to help recreate an indoor version to exceed our bride's expectations!
